Welcome to Glide Soccer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glide Soccer website located at https://glidesoccer.com (the "Service"), operated by Glide Soccer ("we," "our," or "us").

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product description.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and no arbitration shall be joined with any other arbitration involving any other party. You agree that any claim you may have against Glide Soccer must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose; otherwise, your claim is permanently barred.

12. Severability Clause

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
